Rules:


  • Your children are your responsibility, as well as any other minors that are in your care.
  • You are responsible for yourself, as well as any guests or invitees.
  • Firepit Usage: We furnish a movable fire pit & placement is only allowed in the driveway.
  • NEVER LEAVE BURNING FIRES UNATTENDED. (time fireplace usage accordingly if wanting to leave the cabin)
  • Please no drinks are allowed on the pool table.
  • Please recycle your garbage and leave in back entry way next to 1/2 bath. 
  • Fire extinguishers are located thru out the home.  THEY ARE TO BE USED ONLY IN EMERGENCY. 
  • NO SMOKING inside of cabin. (If smoking outside, Please dispose of butts appropriately)
  • Only flush toilet paper down the toilets.
  • Please remain on our private trail located behind the garage. This will lead to County G and the Main Corridor.
  • Please bring your own rags for washing your ATV/UTV's and Snowmobiles. 


Items recommended that you bring:
  • Zip-lock Bags, Saran Wrap, Aluminum Foil & Spices
  • Bug Spray & Sunscreen
  • Lawn Chairs
Items Provided:
  • Black Stone Grill w/ 3 Picnic Tables
  • All Small Kitchen Appliances, Dishes and Pots n' Pans
  • Dish Soap & Hand Soap
  • Garbage Bags
  • Linens, Blankets, Throws, Pillows and Towels
  • Pool Table, Board Games, Bags & Cards
  • Hair Dryers, Toilet Paper & Paper Towels
  • Fire Pit & Firewood
